Genesis 7-11
God didn't wipe out the people of Noah's time because He was angry or as punishment. He did it to give the spirits who would continue to come to earth a chance to be righteous. The wickedness was too prevalent. It wasn't retribution. It was restoration. God's motivation is always love.
