Day 109: Sunday School reading

John 7:41-42"Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?
Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?"

Isn't this interesting? We know, because it was only a few chapters ago, that Jesus does come from the seed of David and was born in Bethlehem. More recently, though, He came out of Galilee and that is their understanding. It just proves that sometimes our understanding has errors in it. We should not turn from Christ because of errors we think we see, they can so easily be explained away when the full knowledge comes!
