Relief Society

We talked of trials and "tragedys" in Relief Society yesterday.  As we closed we sang a song, as usual, but I happened to notice that when my friend who sings tenor added her voice and that harmonic line to the song, that the song deepened and became more beautiful.  I think that is what God intends with our lives, too.  We do not all have the same experiences, but when we share our experiences with others, as we do in Relief Society, the music of our own lives becomes deeper, more full, and the whole of it becomes more beautiful.  I am thankful for my sisters who sing from their other harmonic lines especially when they sing loud enough for me to hear.
