Day 172: Dream

I woke Sunday from an awful dream. I turned from just barely saving one child from drowning, to see that another was also in the water and was too far gone for me to save.

AWFUL DREAM!!

But as I sat in Stake Conference, I thought of how we are taught that spiritual dangers are far worse than physical dangers. To protect my children from water, I teach them to swim. To protect my children from spiritual dangers, I must teach them to pray, to read scriptures, to attend church meetings, to love the Lord and rely on Him. Then, just like in the water, when I am not there, I must trust them to use what I have taught them, and swim and save themselves.
