Day 139: the bird

The story of the bird turned out to be a really stirring story to give as an example of how the atonement works and why it is hard to forgive ourselves sometimes. I think when we try to use something bad and turn it into something good, we act as god does and help in making things better. Now the birds death was not entirely a waste. I know if I were the bird, I would feel better.
