Day 93: Pondering

Bored Kids! Have a FHE on boredom. 1) Have them list what kind of people they would like to be (and that Heavenly Father would like them to be). 2) Then have them list what kinds of things they would like to do to fill their days and their time -- always considering what God would want them to do. Have them think in terms of daily activities as well as one-time projects. 3) Tell them to put their list someplace safe and refer to it when they are bored. 4) If they come to me because they are bored, I will remind them once to look at their list. If they continue to moan, I will help them out by giving them some work to do to help the family. We'll see how that goes!
