Isaac traded for Esau's inheritance and then tricked Esau out of his blessing. Now he has to flee so Esau doesn't kill him. When you read about Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, you really have to trust later references to their greatness. The stories themselves are lacking. There must be more to all of their stories!
Nephi says that the "fullness of mine intent is that I may persuade men to come unto God . . . and be saved." I think if I could say that of not only my writing but of my whole life, then I would be living my life right.
God says of Martin Harris that "he exalts himself." I'm afraid I do this too much myself.
