Moses 1:13 "And it came to pass that Moses looked upon Satan and said: Who art thou? For behold, I am a son of God, in the similitude of his Only Begotten; and where is thy glory, that I should worship thee?"
Moses was able to withstand Satan through his (newly gained) knowledge that he is a son of God. So it is with us. If we can retain this sense and knowledge of our identity, it will help us through all types of persecution.
