Number 211: Teaching in RS

I think I've fallen into a trap of thinking that when church leaders as well as scriptures urge us to "open our mouths" and "testify of Jesus," I find myself wholly thinking of testifying to nonmembers. I realized, though, that everyone needs testimony from others that Christ is at work in their lives. A testimony to a fellow saint is just as valuable as a testimony to a saint of another denomination. It is good practice in being natural with who I am and not shutting off that religious part of me only for consideration in private. The religious part of me is a good, important part and I should share it just as I share anything else!
