Matthew 25:14-30, The Parable of the Talents
Am I developing new talents? I think this is a good story to explain to people who say, "That's just the way that I am. I can't change it." Change it is what we are supposed to do. If there is something I'm not good at, it's an opportunity to create a talent to make myself good at it.
Like keeping the house in order. Like keeping my yard nice.
It's so dang hard. I'm not giving up, but is it getting any better?
