Sunday School -- D&C 135
This is such an interesting section. In it, you can hear not only the grief and anguish of John Taylor, but also his fury. The most interesting thing, I think, though, is that he never for a moment thinks that Joseph's death means the end of Joseph's work. No. He already has an eternal perspective of the work Joseph started. There is no doubt in the minds of the church, that the church will not only continue, but that it will go on to fill the whole earth. While they are saddened and sorely stricken with the death of Joseph, they know that it in no way affects the church or the work that it will do.
