D&C 59:16 Verily I say, that inasmuch as ye do this, the fulness of the earth is yours, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the air, and that which climbeth upon the trees and walketh upon the earth;
This promise is linked to keeping the Sabbath day holy. Then the scriptures say:
21 And in nothing doth man offend God, or against none is his wrath kindled, save those who confess not his hand in all things, and obey not his commandments.
It is interesting to think on how many ways God blesses me, and I do not notice. For instance, our family doesn't want for food or clothes or shelter. Have I ever linked that to our observance of the Sabbath Day? And yet, from these scriptures it appears to be a direct correlation -- a fulfillment of promise.
God is watching over us and blessing our efforts to do what is right. We are a very blessed family.
